• Design and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational and business requirements.
• Develop leadership development, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Build and maintain a strong future leadership pipeline across the organization.
• Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and employee performance assessments.
• Develop standardized training frameworks for new restaurant openings and business expansion.
• Create and implement scalable training and certification programs.
• Introduce and improve digital learning solutions and modern L&D practices.
• Establish training standards and ensure consistent delivery across different locations.
• Support the development of a strong learning culture and continuous improvement environment.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation while ensuring training quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.
• Continuously review and update training content based on operational requirements and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Education, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Training, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in training and employee development.
• Proven experience in leadership development and succession planning.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and people management skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing training frameworks and learning programmes.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, or a fast-paced operational environment will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern learning methods and digital learning solutions.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a Training/L&D team.
• Passion for people development, leadership development, and continuous learning.
